Shipping & Return Details

There is a $9.95 round trip ticket charge assessed to your account each time you "borrow" a bag. That covers the round trip ticket from our closet to yours. The bag ships to you via UPS along with a prepaid UPS return tag to ensure its safe arrival back in our closet when you are through with it. This shipping fee includes full insurance for the bag during its journey. The $9.95 will automatically be billed to your account each time you choose to borrow a bag.

How do you return a handbag?
Thanks to our newly implemented policy, you will no longer have to spend a minute without having a bag on your arm. When you are ready to return the bag you are presently borrowing, head back to our virtual closet and make your next selection. When you find the next bag you would like to borrow, select the “Borrow” button. After you make your selection, you will be asked if you wish to return your current bag (Standard membership) or if you would like to upgrade to carry an additional bag (Deluxe membership). If you elect to continue as a standard member (one bag borrowed at a time), our shipping department will process your request and ship the newly selected bag to you (you don’t have to return the first bag yet). Upon receipt of your newly requested bag, a return label will be included in the shipment so you can send back the bag you are currently borrowing.

What happens if you fall in love with a bag and you want to buy it?

Our name is Bag Borrow or Steal™! If you fall in love with a bag you have borrowed, and want to buy it, we may give you a chance to "Steal It!" In your virtual closet, you will see a button next to any bag you have out on loan labeled "Steal It!". That lets our sourcing team know you are interested in owning the bag. They will respond within a reasonable amount of time with a quote for you. There are many factors that determine pricing including age of the bag, condition, availability to our sourcing team, etc. Rest assured, you will think it's a Steal! If you agree to the price, it will be billed to the credit card on file for your convenience, or choose any other payment method you wish. This service is available to Members Only. Unfortunately, from time to time, certain bags are not available to be "Stolen". There are a variety of factors that can lead to a bag not qualifying for this part of our program. We treat and evaluate each "Steal It" request on a case by case basis.
